After an initial review, RMN proposes the scope, deliverables, lead professional, and applicable fee model. Work does not begin until these conditions are agreed.
Does the first message create a lawyer–client relationship?
No. Initial contact allows the firm to assess the matter and potential conflicts. Do not send confidential information until the firm confirms it can assist.
What information should I prepare?
